Good to know

Beside: on one of the four squares directly above, below, left or right, in the same room. Diagonally does not count, and neither does through a wall. A window or door in the wall of your square is beside you.
Alone: nobody else in the same room, the victim included. Alone with someone: those two, and nobody else in that room.
In a room with two men: exactly two men in the same room, no more and no fewer. The person themself does not count, the victim does.
A room with a window: one of that room’s walls has a window in it.
