Tap a square or drag Captain Miller. Hold for a note.
The cards
Pick a person by tapping the photo on their card, the victim too. Then tap a square to put them there, or drag the photo onto it. At this difficulty the game does not cross off rows and columns for you, unless you switch on Cross off for me. Holding a square, or switching the pencil on, makes a note. Keyboard: Enter places, Shift and Enter makes a note.
- Captain MillerSelected
She was with Nora on the sun deck.
- Rafael
He was sitting in a chair in the dining saloon.
- Sophie
She was in a room with one woman.
She was either beside a potted palm or the window.
- Gary
He was the only person on the pool deck.
He was either beside the ship's wheel or a deckchair.
- Nora
She was beside a potted palm.
- Faith
The victim. She was alone with the murderer, in a room with nobody else in it.
Good to know
- Beside: on one of the four squares directly above, below, left or right, in the same room. Diagonally does not count, and neither does through a wall. A window or door in the wall of your square is beside you.
- Alone: nobody else in the same room, the victim included. Alone with someone: those two, and nobody else in that room.
- In a room with two men: exactly two men in the same room, no more and no fewer. The person themself does not count, the victim does.
Place everyone first, the victim too.
