Terms
Also short. It is free, it is yours, and there are two things we ask you not to do.
It is free, and it is yours
MurdX is made by 771Labs. “We” and “us” means 771Labs.
What you make is yours. Print it, share it, sell it to your colleagues for a biscuit. We claim nothing over your cases.
The site itself is free and comes as it is. There is no promise that it still works tomorrow, and no liability if a lesson falls flat because the printer would not.
Two things we ask you not to do
Do not put a real person in a case in order to mock or bully them. “X murdered Y” is a joke among people who share the joke, and something else when somebody does not find it funny. Just ask them first.
Do not put anything in that should not be shared. A share link is a public address, see the privacy page.
If you make an account
An account is for people aged 16 or older, or made together with a parent or carer. By making one you agree to these terms.
Keep your password to yourself. If someone uses the site to bully or harass others, we may close their account.
If these terms change, we ask you to agree again the next time you open your account. You can always delete your account yourself.
About the word murdoku
Murdoku is a puzzle by Manuel Garand and a registered trade mark of its owner. MurdX is independent and not affiliated. We use the word only to say what kind of puzzle our cases are like: “murdoku-style”. MurdX is not sponsored or endorsed by the creator or the publishers of Murdoku. Our cases are made by our own program; no puzzle from the book or from murdoku.com is on this site.
Drawings
When a face cannot load, we draw it with ToonHead by Johan Melin, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
